Nasi Ayam Nana !!
|
|
Yesterday, I cooked nasi ayam for my frens (indonesian’s geng..)
tq Penia..for lend me all the stuffs (sampai terjatuh2 dari beskal bwk barang2 tu suma..hehe)
,accompany me shopping at c1000 n Alladin market (nak beli ayam halalkan..) as well as being a good chef ’s assistant too ... Actually, there is no special celebration for me yesterday, but just as my appreciation to all my Indonesian’s kroni for their warmest friendship n helpness which is never endless…apa jer aku perlukan..diorang ni mesti tolong..tq..tq ... (walaupun kekadang tu utusan online tak abis2 bercerita pasal pergolakan Malaysia-Indonesiakan…tapi keakraban cik puan nana ngan diorang ni tak pernah tergugat pun..hehe ) … so..I cooked them nasi ayam
..to Penia, Uly n family,Tanti, mbak Dwi, Dini and Hatami..tq for coming….
..to mbak Hilda, Siska n Diah…it’s ok for can’t joined us..cik puan nana pahammmm.
For Malaysian’s geng..(kot ada yg terbrowse fotopagesku ni, hangpa nanti dulu yaa)…no hard feeling ye kalau tak dijemput..cik puan nana pun berterima kasih sgt pada kawan2 sekalian (Gee & Fikri, Dora & Muaz, Halik, Ina dan Bad - kalau setiap kali berkumpul -,mesti ada jer lawak2 yang menceriakan, hilang kejap gundah gulanaku. )…
we will set for another time since my room was not big enough …sorri aaaa geng…
but don’t worry …it will be nasi ayam special for all of you too…. and definitely before this end of july…yeyeee..tak sabo aku nak balik mesia... THAT’S MY PROMISE. ..
p/s my hubby said Nasi Ayam Nana is the best in the world tau..
(uitttt..ahak..ahak…..jgn jeles..betulkan bang??)

Tour to museums at Leiden !!
|
|
#1
The National Museum of Natural History, Naturalis, goes back two hundred years. It was then founded by King William I as State Museum of Natural History. Naturalis has seven permanent exhibitions and several temporary exhibitions. The main theme of the display's in Naturalis is the cohesive and constantly evolving earth system, formed by our planet and the life on it. 'Nature's Theater' and 'Fossils Parade' present the diversity of the past and present life forms on earth as well as the changing appearance of the earth itself. The processes that led to the earth's tremendous bio-diversity are explained in 'Earth', 'Life', and 'Ecosystems'.
#2
The National Museum of Ethnology in Leiden is one of the oldest scientific ethnological museums in the world. It has grown out of an ethnological museum established in 1837 by Dr. Ph. F. von Siebold, who had served as a physician to a Dutch trading post near Nagasaki, Japan, and who opened his well-documented Japanese collection to the public a few years after his return to the Netherlands. The museum's collections have been greatly expanded over the years, and now include items from many non-Western cultures, including Sub-Saharan Africa, the Arctic, China, the islands of Southeast Asia, Japan and Korea, Southwest and Central Asia, Latin America, North America, Oceania, and the mainland of Southeast Asia.

(this area quite near with Kluyver Lab - the place where i'm working now )
#3 - East Gate
The current Oostpoort or East Gate was built around 1400. It is a lightly built gate with a high-ceilinged area on the ground floor. Shots could be fired from this room through loopholes. The stairs are in a separate stairs tower, from which the battlement parapets of the adjacent city walls could be reached. Above the tower there was a waiting room. The gate is connected with the water gate by a piece of city wall. The water gate has a passage that could be closed off with gates. On the field side, above middle, a machicolation has been preserved.
In 1514 the towers were raised with a hexagonal floor and given a steep spire. Between 1962 and 1964 the gate was restored and turned into a double studio house. Later the houses were joined into one house, because the living space was too small. Since 1988 the former battlement parapet has been open as an exhibition area.
